Our tariff - valid until 30.11.2018

The prices listed below are per night, and for stays of 2 nights or more, whether booked directly with the hotel or via our website, they include the following: Breakfast, fresh fruit for the day, 1 bottle of mineral water placed daily in your room, bathrobe, use of our sauna area, use of our wifi throughout the hotel, parking, statutory VAT & tourist tax. The resort tax charged by the Schluchsee local authority is not included. The room rates vary depending on the season and duration of your stay.

Extra charges

15,00 € - dog per night, without food
10,00 € - per person and night for bookings less than minimum stay

Resort tax
Per person per night: 2.70 € 

The KONUS guest card is included in this fee, which allows holidaymakers in the Black Forest to use the public transport network free of charge. With the card, you can travel for free on all buses and trains (except IC and ICE trains) in the Black Forest region.

All you need to know

Enjoy your stay

... for a minimum of 2 nights. During weeks with public holidays and over the New Year and pre-Lent carnival (Fastnacht) periods, special minimum stay conditions apply. Reservations for 1 night will only be considered at short notice (2 days in advance) and depending on room availability.

All rooms are non-smoking. To comply with local regulations, smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas. In the interests of fire safety, it is not permitted to use your own electric kettle, coffee machine, immersion heater etc. or to light open fires (candles) in your room.

We have deliberately avoided placing minibars or telephones in rooms. We will provide mineral water in your room each day and fresh fruit will be available on the ground floor. If you wish to take additional drinks in your room, in one of the communal living rooms or on the terrace, please speak to us or make use of the variety of beverages provided in the small kitchen on the first floor.

Important note
The hotel does not have a lift. The rooms are spread across 2 floors. Owing to its construction, the building has only limited disabled access. As is typical of all old Black Forest houses, the ceilings are very low.


The breakfast buffet is served from 8:30 to 10:00 am in the "Alte Stube" and "Ofenstube".

Drinks service: 
Coffee and tea as well as a selection of cold drinks are available at all times in the small kitchen on the first floor. We are also happy to serve you any drinks you would like in your room, in our communal living rooms and on the terrace from 3:00 pm onwards (except on days when the restaurant is closed).

Dinner in the evening is served from 6:00 pm onwards - table reservations necessary!

The restaurant is closed on the following days:
January to May & November/December: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 
June to October: Tuesday & Wednesday

Our restaurant is not a classic à la carte restaurant. Every evening - except the day when the restaurant is closed  – we offer guests a freshly cooked 3-course meal, though please be aware that reservations are necessary.
If you have not made a dinner reservation with your room booking but would like to have dinner on the day of your arrival, please book a table in the restaurant by the evening before at the latest.

Do you suffer from food allergies or intolerances? Or have an aversion to certain foods? Please let us know when booking your table and we will be pleased to adapt our menu for you.


We are happy to accomodate a limited number of dogs in our hotel by prior arrangement.
Owners are responsible for providing their four-legged friends’ own food. Dog owners must strictly be covered by third-party liability insurance and must also provide a bed or blanket for the room. Implements for cleaning/drying your dog before they enter the hotel would also be most welcome. You should also come prepared to pick up any mess they leave in the vicinity.
Out of consideration for our other guests, dogs are not permitted in the breakfast rooms, lounge or sauna area.
Any dirtying of upholstery or rugs as well as any damages will be charged separately in line with the extent of damage.

What we ask from your dog:
That he is good on the lead.
That he can be left alone in the room without trouble, without seeing pillows, bedside lamps, etc. as toys, or the door as an enemy that is open to attack.
That he is not a “howler” fond of serenading the neighbours.
That he shows complete disinterest in food on the table and prefers instead to lie under it.


Our massage therapists work independently and come to the hotel only for pre-arranged appointments. Please understand that, for tax reasons, it is therefore not possible to pay for these services as part of the hotel bill and that you must pay the therapists directly in cash.
We recommend booking your desired appointment time when making the room reservation, then all that’s left to do is arrive. If you are undecided as to which is the right massage for you, simply reserve the treatment time or use our advisory service.

Arrival and departure

We will be on hand to welcome you from 3:00 pm onwards on the day of your arrival.
Our hotel complex is closed between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.
If you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm, please inform us of this. Otherwise we reserve the right to give the room to another guest.

It would help us greatly if you could vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of your departure, as we wish to make it as fresh and friendly for the next guest as it was for you on your arrival. Many thanks!

If you wish to arrive earlier or check out later, this is possible by arrangement. A surcharge of € 25.00 per room will be applied for this.


The accommodation agreement/booking is binding once the booking has been confirmed by us in writing and we have received a deposit of € 100.00 per room. The deposit must be received a minimum of 30 days before the arrival date. Deposits can be be paid by bank transfer to the account detailed below.

If guests fail to stay in rooms that have been made available, the agreed price must still be paid in full.

If a booking is cancelled prior to the arrival date, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Up to 30 days before the arrival date no cancelation fee,
80% of the agreed price 30 days before arrival.
We recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation cover.

The courts of Titisee-Neustadt shall have jurisdiction.

Gift vouchers

Those purchasing vouchers must be at least 18 years of age. Vouchers will be despatched once payment of the full value is received into the account stated below. Please state the name of the recipient and the desired value when ordering the voucher.

Voucher recipients:
Please hand over your voucher to reception upon your arrival. Only original vouchers will be accepted. Our face value vouchers can be redeemed against all hotel services; vouchers have no cash value. The value of vouchers for specific services corresponds to the price list which is valid at the time of purchase and will only be guaranteed for the validity period stated on the voucher. Once this period has expired, the current price list will apply. In the event that vouchers are redeemed late, guests may be charged for any price discrepancies that have resulted in the interim. Validity of voucher value: 3 years to the end of the calendar year.


We prefer guests to make cash or card (debit/Maestro/Visa/Mastercard) payments when settling room and hotel bills.
Please be aware that your debit card may have a daily limit.
